The authors are invited to submit their original research findings in the form of an extended abstract. The submission opening date will be May 1st, 2025, and the associated platform will be established on this website. Extended abstracts must have 1-3 pages using the IEEE format. This extended abstract can be written in English or Spanish. The formats can be downloaded from the following links:

Accepted extended abstract will be published in open access proceedings of OPTIMA 2025. A special issue related to the interplay between artificial intelligence and optimization in logistics applications will be organized in the journal of Computers & Industrial Engineering. Information will be provided in due course.

It is mandatory to have a Microsoft CMT account to make the submission. Register your name and affiliation exactly as you want them to appear in the event materials.
